Seven Mountains Media in Elmira has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. We are seeking an outgoing, organized, efficient, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Creative Radio group. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to make an impact in a fun and creative environment.
- Assist in organization & execution of promotional events and sales related presentations
- Assist in submitting and reviewing promotional information and graphics, and client logos for websites and station social pages
- Data Entry for commercial inventory on 8 radio stations
- General Office Duties including but not limited to fielding telephone calls, inventory and maintenance of office supply & prize closet, calendars, events for current and upcoming promotions
- Attend weekly brainstorming meetings and assist with necessary follow up
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Google Suite programs
- Data Entry Experience
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining an extreme attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, with the ability to take and follow direction
