Assist VP of Human Resources with:
Employee 401K benefits which include new hire onboarding applications, implementation of deductions into payroll, and Empower (401k co) systems. Implementation of record-keeping files to be available for yearly audit. Assist Auditors once a year with a checklist of requirements needed to fulfill the audit.
Employee health benefits include the need for a new hire onboarding applications system to keep track of forms provided to the employee and forms returned to the employer.
Once completed forms are returned to HR, work with the HR Director to implement applications into health care websites and payroll deductions into payroll systems.
Help maintain and distribute employee manuals. Stay up to date on the current manual and make any changes to keep compliant with changing laws and regulations. Distribute to employees and track receipt of manuals. This includes changes needed to State/Federal labor law required postings in each office.
Learn how to enter payroll into our payroll company’s (Keystone Payroll) website. Assist with 4 monthly payroll runs.
Assist the Director of Finance with:
Accounts Payable support and backup - Organize and enter payables in Sage 300.
Payroll preparation and support.
Account reconciliation for daily deposits and corporate Amex accounts.
Support HR and Finance departments with ongoing work and projects.
Experience with both human resource and finance activities.
High level of computer literacy.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong written, and verbal communication and analytic skills.
