We need someone who understands how to connect with our core adult audience—the parents driving their kids to school, the professionals on their morning commute, and the families spending time together. You must be able to balance captivating, family-friendly content with engaging adult programming.

You will drive a comprehensive content strategy across all platforms, including dynamic on-air programming, compelling social media engagement, creative podcasting, local community events and listener interaction on our Radio Novo App.
